About The Event

This event is hosted by 6 students all in their 4th and final year of the Bachelor's Degree program in Hospitality and Tourism Managment. The event is planned and hosted by the students with a $0 starting budget.

 

This charity event was created based on the course requirements for one of their courses taught by Professor Elias Giannakopoulos in Project Management in Food and Beverage Operations. 

 

The students were given a date, their venue, and who their culinary team would be. Everything else was up to them in what they had to do. They will be graded on every aspect of the evening and everything leading up to it. 

 

All the money that is raised through this event goes towards the elements creating the event as well as a donation to the charity of choice - Candlelighters.
